The office staff was excellent, easy to work with, and called ahead to confirm our appointments, which was much appreciated! The Design Specialist, Shane, was also excellent! He explained things well, walked us through the process, allowed us time to process, and was available via text when we had questions about the prepwork. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The installation crew, led by Juan, was excellent! All the guys were friendly, worked diligently, answered questions, and were very respectful about protecting our home from dust etc. The cleanup was great!
