Chuck went to their home, crawled into their crawl space, and drew up some possible solutions for a few hours. After the inspection, Jon, Amy, and Chuck sat down and discussed which solution would work best. They decided on one of the solutions, signed Chuck's contract, and went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by taking everything out of the crawl space and ensuring the space was clear to begin the work. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump in the crawl space, which is made to keep spaces dry and healthy for extended periods of time, especially in times of heavy water intrusion. Next, Jeromy and his crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier throughout the entire crawl space. The purpose of this moisture barrier is to keep the crawl space dry, protect the structure, and prevent mold and rot. The installation took a few days, but Jon and Amy had a wonderful experience and could not believe the transformation from start to finish!

A homeowner in North Branch, MN, noticed a musty smell around their home. Unsure of the source, the homeowner wanted to have a professional company come out to the home to investigate. Unsure of what company to move forward with,  the homeowner began doing research. After comparing various other companies, the homeowner came across American Waterworks. Following his comprehensive inspection, Nick found that the musty smell was coming from the homeowner's crawl space. Nick provided the homeowner with a solution that had several versions to give the homeowner options. After considering all the options, the homeowner picked the one best fit for their circumstances. Once the plans were approved, a crew was assigned and production began. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing one Helical Pier on the north wall. Next, the crew removed all the debris from the dirt floor. Once the debris was cleared the crew placed the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Then, CleanSpace was installed across the floor and up the crawl space walls. Additionally, Foamax was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. Finally, Sprayfoam was injected around the fuller perimeter of the crawl space joist pockets. The homeowners were impressed by the work completed by the crew.
