Our Logsitics team gave their final stamp of approval, then the plans were assigned to our Foreman, Arturo. A few months later, Arturo and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Arturo and his crew started by making sure the wall was ready for installation. Next, the crew went ahead and installed nine GeoLock Wall Anchors along the north foundation wall. Once all the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was properly stabilized. When installed, anchors are embedded in the soil outside of the foundation wall and are connected by a long, steel rod to a wall plate. This provides the necessary pressure against the inside of the foundation wall, which enables it to straighten back into its natural position. The anchors are then tightened with a torque wrench and can be tightened by the homeowner over time to ensure the system is sticking to its design.
