Our Foreman, Cole, and his production crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain which serves as an underground drain that prevents mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels which is a special foam insulation that saves money on energy costs and prevents water moisture from invading the basement. Lastly, our crew installed our Wall Anchors throughout the foundation wall. Our Wall Anchors are designed to straighten foundation walls and bring them back to their natural position. David was happy with the work that was done, and had a great experience from start to finish!

At American Waterworks, we provide annual maintenances on the systems that we install for our customers. One of our customers, in particular, Tabitha M. of Marshall, MN had our Service Technician, Mitchell Sobotta, checking up on the system that we had installed in her home in 2018. While he was there, he inspected some areas of the home that Tabitha had concerns with; a cracked wall with water seeping through the cracks. Mitchell proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, and our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. The homeowner was confident that our products would do the trick, so she followed through with Mitchell's proposal and set up a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, started the project by breaking out the concrete floor where the floor meets the wall, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard. Our WaterGuard is the most common interior drainage system that we provide for homeowners because of its easily accessible service ports, its ability to collect water seepage from basement walls, and its prevention from mud clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace, which prevents mold and mildew, gives the basement a neat and clean appearance, and it hides away any holes or divots. Lastly, Jeromy and our crew installed our PowerBraces, which are made to stabilize failing walls and straighten them over time. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, ensuring the space was neater than when they found it. Tabitha was happy with the job and had a great experience!
Kimberly and Nick T. of Marshall, MN had a small home that they rent out, and their foundation walls were beginning to bow inward. They didn't know why and they wanted to get the problem fixed. They scheduled a FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists. Our Design Specialist went to their rental home, inspected their foundation wall, and gave them some of our foundation repair system options that would work for their needs. Kimberly and Nick liked the design of our GeoLock Wall Anchors, so they followed through with the project.
Our Foreman and his production team began the installation by digging holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Inside the basement, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside to the outside of the home where each hole was. At the end of the rod in the soil, our team installed an anchor plate, which holds the rod in place. Next, from the inside of the basement, our crew installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor to end rod, enabling the wall to stabilize and straighten back out to its normal position. This three-part combination makes for an effective result and ensures the home will no longer need to depend on a bowing or tilting wall. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and left the yard and basement looking neater than when they found it.
Not only do we perform work in foundation repair. We also provide services in basement waterproofing, crawl space repair/encapsulation, radon testing/mitigation, and concrete lifting/repair. Call us today or click HERE to request a free estimate with our Design Specialist team!

Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. Our crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain in the trench and installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system designed to prevent mud clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier is designed to prevent moisture and humidity, cover any holes or divots in the foundation, and brightens the basement. Lastly, Jose and his crew installed our SmartJacks to restore the sagging floors.
