Over the years the homeowner could swear the wall began to look like it was bulging in the middle, a clear sign of bowing.  Mr. Conner's foundation walls are cracking and pushing inward due to the expansive soils and hydrostatic pressure on the walls from outside his home. We recommended installing eleven Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the bowing wall to stabilize and restore the wall back to its original position.  The soil anchors were placed in the ground outside his home. Steel rods attached to soil anchors extend through the foundation wall and wall plates. Wall plates distribute clamping pressure. Tightening nuts on the threaded ends of the rods stabilize the wall for a permanent solution.
