Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the project by digging three small holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. In the basement, Jesus and his crew inserted a long, metal rod to each hole outside, and tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the end of each rod. The wall anchor system permanently stabilizes a foundation wall by anchoring the wall to the compact soil and pulling it back to its original position. After installation, wall anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the wall. To complete the installation, Jesus and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil.
