Mike M. of Austin, M had bowing foundation walls in his basement. He found American Waterworks online, so he called our office and requested a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Jarrett, went to Mike's house, inspected his bowing wall, and proposed our wall anchor system, which is designed to stabilize foundation walls and pull them back to their natural position. Mike was confident in the solution, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew installed twelve of our anchors. This installation is an anchor-rod installation that involves soil removal and backfill. Mike was very happy with the work and told the crew that he was proud of their work ethic!

A customer from Wayzata, MN got in contact with us when she began to notice the retaining wall in front of her garage was beginning to tilt inwards. Our customer feared that if she left the problem unresolved she risked the possibility of the wall failing completely and costing more to fix. When she contacted us we set her up with our FREE estimate, entitling her to a thorough inspection by a member of our Design Specialists team. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to her home to inspect the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was ready to make his professional opinion about correcting the issue. He told our customer that her best bet to battle the failing wall would be allowing us to install our GeoLock anchors. He explained to her that our GeoLock anchors are the ideal solution for stabilizing and straightening as it anchors the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. He went on to explain that, after the installation, the anchors can often be tightened over time to further address the failing foundation walls and pull them back into place. Our customer gave the green light and work began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Hugo, installed three of our GeoLock anchors throughout the problem wall. Our customer feared if they left the problem unsolved it would result in it more damage to the basement wall and potentially cause the wall to fail and cave in. He went on and showed the customer that once the anchors are installed and ready to go they have the option to be tightened to straighten the wall over time. Once our customer gave us the okay to proceed with the installation, our production crew, Led by our Foreman, Tremaine then installed 5 GeoLock Anchors to help support the basement wall. Once complete, the customer was happy and stress-free knowing that their wall will now be supported and the problem is in the past.
