In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation wall, our production crew installed 4 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the basement wall. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Angel is happy she chose to permanently stabilize her home!

A customer from Wayzata, MN got in contact with us when she began to notice the retaining wall in front of her garage was beginning to tilt inwards. Our customer feared that if she left the problem unresolved she risked the possibility of the wall failing completely and costing more to fix. When she contacted us we set her up with our FREE estimate, entitling her to a thorough inspection by a member of our Design Specialists team. Our customer gave the green light and work began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Hugo, installed three of our GeoLock anchors throughout the problem wall. Once the job was complete, our customer was happy to know that her failing wall issues were a thing of the past! 

A customer from Eden Prairie, MN got into contact with them since they have noticed foundation issues that result in horizontal cracks alongside their basement walls. Our customer feared if they left the problem unsolved it would result in it more damage to the basement wall and potentially cause the wall to fail and cave in. He went on and showed the customer that once the anchors are installed and ready to go they have the option to be tightened to straighten the wall over time. Once our customer gave us the okay to proceed with the installation, our production crew, Led by our Foreman, Tremaine then installed 5 GeoLock Anchors to help support the basement wall. Once complete, the customer was happy and stress-free knowing that their wall will now be supported and the problem is in the past. 

Homeowners in Eden Prairie, MN had a cracked foundation wall in their basement, making them feel nervous living in their own home. Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew began the project by digging eight holes outside of the home and installing a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to the outside hole. Next, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod, enabling the anchors to pull the foundation wall back into its normal position. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors prevent further cracking, stabilize walls, and can be tightened overtime if needed.
