Ms. Nolte had a deteriorating foundation wall at her home in Dexter, MN. Design Specialist, Rick Weber, developed a plan to restore her wall by spraying on our wall recovery solution to prevent any further deterioration. 

Lee C. in Kenyon, MN contacted American Waterworks because he noticed the beams in his basement were sagging, he had cracks in the drywall, sticking doors, and unlevel floors. All of these are symptoms of a failing foundation and only get worse over time. Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew got to work and installed 10 SmartJacks and supplemental beams throughout the basement to straighten and strengthen the sagging floors. Because of its design, the SmartJack can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary. Greg H. in West Concord, MN noticed that his garage wall was pulling away from his home and it had created about a half inch gap between his house and the garage. He started looking into foundation repair options and he came across the American Waterworks website. Our production team started the installation by securing brackets into the garage floor as well as the rim joists. Then, they installed the PowerBraces into the brackets and tightened them as far as they could go. PowerBraces do not require outside excavation so it is less invasive than other foundation repair options. The installation took a day to complete, but now Greg’s foundation is permanently restored, and he no longer is concerned about the stability of his garage.

Rick from West Concord, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement wall was beginning to bow inward, showing signs of failing.
