The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The crew installed eight GeoLock anchors on the crawl space walls for stabilization. GeoLocks are a foundation wall anchor system that is designed with galvanized steel. In addition to installing the GeoLocks, the homeowner asked to have the straightening kit included as well. The straightening kit will allow the homeowner to straighten their walls over time. After the crew successfully installed the GeoLocks, they were able to clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowner was relieved to know that their crawl space walls were properly stabilized. The installation took two days to complete, but having the anchors installed has restored Maren’s peace of mind.
