Schedule Annual Maintenance
Dylon has been with American Waterworks since June 2018. Prior to joining our team, he worked in construction, roofing, and dairy farming. Dylon works on our waterproofing and foundation repair crew. His day to day usually consists of hauling buckets of concrete and installing exterior discharge lines for our waterproofing systems.
He enjoys being a part of the American Waterworks team because it always keeps him busy. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing with his two labs and spending time with his fiancé. We are glad to have Dylon on our team!
Lori B. in Rochester, MN contacted American Waterworks after realizing that the foundation of her home was failing. She wanted to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dustin Loftus, to inspect her home and provide her with a solution. Dustin developed a thorough plan to permanently restore her foundation.
Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Having wall anchors installed saved this foundation from failing altogether and saved the homeowner from the expenses of a full foundation replacement.
