I am grateful to American Waterworks for a good solution for our garage wall problem. Inset into a hillside, one could see daylight between the cement blocks. Your team was efficient and determined, They had to through clay soil in the rain. We were all grateful to learn that when the electricity went out during this operation, it was a local problem. 

  I am very pleased with them. They did a very good job. The drain tiles work awesome. We had pretty heavy torrential rain and there was no drop in my basement at all. They did a great job. They are very friendlyThey communicated exactly what they were going to do. They explained why the system was different then and what other systems are available and they were accurate when they said that.They were always available and were responsive.

Your design specialist, Mac, came today for my appointment. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. Not only did he fix my issue, but he explained another issue I had "growing" under my garage floor and sidewalk. He explained the concern so I understood exactly what it was. I also want to point out that I really appreciate the measures you take to introduce your company, spelling out the plan for the appointment, and an overview of the technician performing the work. I am impressed. I am also relieved to find a company that actually follows the handbook on "How to Fun A Company 101". It is refreshing to see professionalism and simple kindness. I have had a lot of work done on my home and all too often I get the sense that the companies that arrive are fly by night, put together with tape/glue, the employees rush through the job, or do not even show up, etc. Mac was able to spend all the time I needed on my small project. I never felt like it was too small of a job and he did not rush through the appointment. He made my tiny job feel important. It was not until the initial job was fixed that he brought up the concern he had about my garage floor and sidewalk. I then asked Mac to complete a bid on this project. I appreciated the technology and equipment that Mac had on-site to fully complete the bid during the appointment versus me having to wait for him to complete the bid at home during his "off hours". Mac had wonderful things to say about American Waterworks, the owner of American Waterworks, and about his job in general. I feel it is important for me to take the time to let you know that what I have seen in the way you have treated me as a customer, how you treat Mac as an employee, and how Mac treated me as a customer made a difference to me. I live in North Minneapolis and the folks from Rochester made the trip to install their system about 15 years ago and I've never looked back. I'm compelled to write because I bless these folks every time I hear the reassuring gurgle of water being pumped out of my basement and I'm hearing it much more often this year! The best and most unique feature of their system is that the drainpipes are underground so no issues occur when mowing, etc. Yes, it's expensive, but you'd probably spend the same amount a few hundred at a time with gutters, landscaping, etc., and as water finds a way in. What's great about this is it doesn't matter how the water gets in - it just goes out. You'll wish you had done it in the first place! 

Had our sidewalk rasied to slope away from our basement wall and sealed. The crew was great, explained the process and cleaned up what little mess there was. Very positive experience.

Eric was probably one of the better more competent representatives I have had the pleasure of working with. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made sense to me. The foreman, Brandon, was amazing at explaining why American Waterworks could help us! And he explained the differences between what your company would do for us and mud jacking. That was the tipping point to choose American Waterworks! We had water in the concrete block as well as hollow spots under the slab and all is fixed! YAY!

I hired American Waterworks for crawl space encapsulation in my home. I highly recommend this company. They are top-notch, professional, courteous, and kept the area clean. Shane is a representative with the company and helped me through this crawl space encapsulation process. He made sure I understood everything and what the job entailed from start to finish. Then I met with the foreman on installation day. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. The crew worked hard to get the job done and finished the job ahead of time. After the job was completed, Shane followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the job and if I had any follow-up questions. This company does a lot of work with crawl spaces, basements, and their teams are very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate using American Waterworks. 

The salesman/designer arrived on time, reviewed the basement, discussed what his system would be like and answered all of our questions. Since we had done some research and learned about what a system might look like and cost from neighbors and other resources, we were comfortable accepting their bid. The system starts with a hole in the basement floor with a pit beneath. A large pipe runs from the hole into the basement, then outside. A fan mounted outside, that runs 24x7, pulls the radon gas from beneath the basement and exhausts it outside, above the roof. The work crew of two arrived on time, along with the electrician they had hired to add an outlet outside near where the fan would be installed. The entire job took only 3 or 4 hours. The crew was courteous and answered all of my questions that came to mind. They cleaned up after themselves and we were left with an operating radon mitigation system. They did a good job.

This was the second job you have done for us. Both times we have been completely satisfied.
