American Waterworks did a fantastic job of sealing up my crawl spaces! Dylan was super helpful recommending the right products to help eliminate moisture, control radon and keep pest out of my crawl spaces. Dylan provided me with several options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. Dakota and Tyler came out on time and expertly completed the job. Dakota and Tyler asked me to review their work to ensure I was satisfied and didn’t leave until I fully inspected everything. Juan and his crew worked tirelessly on our project in the backyard of a four-plex townhome building. We needed to remove heaving concrete footings and install helical piers as well as apply frost protection to 27 feet of our foundation. We are in a tough location but Juan and his guys were up to the challenge. My neighbors were really impressed by them, which meant a lot to me because the work required our shared yard to be dug up. While having to pay for an expensive foundation repair project is never great fun, there is nobody better than American Waterworks. 

We found American Waterworks in the phone book under concrete repair. We were impressed with the Design Specialist's inspection and the Concrete Protection System products. The installation went smoothly, and the clean up was great. Thank you! 

Our of the other 3 companies, Ameican Waterworks was the only one to include windows and window wells. We also loved the wall options. The office staff was very friendly, and the design specialist, Jeremy, did a great job describing the different options we had. The finished product is beautiful! The cleanup was great, and the installation crew did a fantastic job! Thank you so much! 

I chatted briefly with Shane at the home show at TCF Bank Stadium and he didn't have the pressure switch that we feel with so many other contractors. His in-home presentation was clear and easy to understand. We didn't sign up initially because we always get additional quotes. We felt confident in the quality of the product, experience, and warranty!  Tremaine and the two other guys with him worked very hard all day with a very short lunch break. They answered all the questions we had and explained the various products that were installed. We were also satisfied with the clean up! They hung up a plastic barrier so that the dust from jack hammering wouldn't travel through the house. We were impressed.

They are great. They did a fantastic job. It was a very hot day and I'm sure the install team wanted to get it done as soon as possible before the heat got too bad so I understand. The price I paid was reasonable. I was on the fence on whether I was going to do the radon install on my own or not, so I had a number in my head and they were under that number so I paid that day. American Waterworks exceeded my expectations for this install. I will absolutely have them back and will not waste my time calling anywhere else. This is the place from start to finish. There was never any pressure to do more than I wanted to. Brian came to my house, gave me the estimate, and he, in my opinion, was the best non-sales salesman ever. Never did he push anything, which is great. Then, Geno and his partner showed up to do the install and answered any questions I had. They were very patient with my one million questions. Katie followed up with me after the installation. I only wish I could tell more people about this place. Thank you! 

Very happy with the professionalism from evaluation and estimate, to completion of product installation. Company is always available to answer questions and financing was made easy. We now have a clean, bright and dry basement. We highly recommend American Waterworks!

Very friendly individuals that know what they are doing and do a great job of not only informing you of what they are doing but the result of their tests. They are very detail-oriented and point out any other issues you may have. With those issues, they don't try to push you into buying more products but let you know so you are aware of a possible problem and they can assist. Great job o verall and a company that I really trust. 

I am a sales manager and have been for 20 years. My expectations of companies are through the roof if I am paying for a service. Never make anyone wait is my number one rule. Never let an email or phone call go unanswered within 30 minutes. Even if you have to call to say, "We are on it and will get back to you shortly." You guys from the point of sale, to the project being done, to the communication after, and this final email from you saying, "We got paid." is wonderful. Shane, Ryan, and Danica, you are all on top of your game probably lead by a great leader. Thank you! 

I chose to work with American Waterworks for our concrete project because they used the polymer foam and the holes are much smaller compared to mudjacking. The office staff was always professional, the design specialist was a nice guy, and the installation crew guys were great, hardworking, and worked through the rain. I could tell they wanted my driveway perfect! The caulking makes my driveway look really sharp! I was actually a bit surprised that it looked that great! Thank you!
