I never thought there would be a situation to my basement issues! Then I learned about American Waterworks! My crumbling 100 year old walls and horrible crawl space have now been turned to delightful! I was so pleased with the excellent and friendly service I received from every one of the staff members. The work crew couldn't have been any better! I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with American Waterworks! My basement is warmer now, which saves me money on my heating expense! Rick was awesome at taking in the needs we had for the project and playing out the best and most economical way of making that happen for us. Jeromy, Hugo, and the rest of the installation team did a great job with the install. Everyone showed up on time and the project got done in no time. The "Smart Jack" system we had put in looks very robust and easy to adjust for future raising. I'm sitting in a 130-year-old house with solid, level floors now and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. 

 We had just gotten eight inches of snow the day prior to starting the project. Regardless of the working conditions, the crew made the best of it and finished the job in a timely manner. I have never seen such physical work done in my life. They dug, they hauled buckets of dirt and rock. The many times I looked out the window, they were doing the job with smiles on their faces! Keep up the good work! 

I want to commend the team that worked with us. Josh, the consultant, who came out to give us an estimate was great. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very prompt in returning emails and messages. The team that came out to our house to place the system was awesome as well! Jose, the Foreman, and the two other gentlemen, Eddie and Luis, were on time and very professional. They answered all of our questions and updated me along the way on everything they were doing. They went above and beyond and finished the job in one day versus two. American Waterworks should be very happy to have such hardworking employees. Thanks for a job well done! 

I love my dry basement!! The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the design specialist and the installation crew. The foreman shook my hand and introduced himself and the rest of the crew members. They were all very efficient and courteous, and the cleanup was great. We have only good things to say about the products and all of the staff at American Waterworks! Thank you! 

I started to research American Waterworks after seeing some advertising on TV. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Design Specialist, Matt Ryan, was very nice, knowledgeable, explained everything, and did a good job. The installation crew was very professional and explained the entire process before and after the work was done. Everyone was very professional in every aspect of the job. From the call to the office to the completion of the job! Very happy with our concrete leveling project! 

Tom was good and very informative.  When I had problems they were very prompt at coming to fix things.  

Very courteous staff. Was notified before our appointment to touch base, and employee was on time. Very smooth service and they got our pump serviced and ready to go!    

I worked with Michael Radosevich a few years back on a bowed foundation wall in a new single family home we were purchasing as an investment property. He came out, provided a quick estimate on the project, and we moved forward. The walls were pinned back and we were able to proceed with the purchase, and everything has held up great. The office staff was great to work with and went over everything we should expect during the job. The Design Specialist came into our home and was very friendly and answered all of our concerns. Tremaine and the rest of the installation crew did a great job. They did a walk through with us before and after the project and made sure the things we had to leave in the basement were covered up to keep out dust. They didn't leave behind a mess! Thank you!
