I had American Waterworks level my driveway with foam and had them grout the cracks as well. Everything was very organized from beginning to end. Emails reminding me that the date was approaching, they came when they said they would, and did an excellent job. Now the important part...I had just a bit of settling so I called them (they guaranteed their work). They scheduled someone to come out and take a look and within two weeks they sent a crew to re-level a few places. I couldn't be happier with American Waterworks!

We apprectiaed the team that came. They explained things clearly, worked well together and though they ran into a difficulty that extended the work load, they worked steadily throughout their time here. We appreciated their work and were very satisfied. The only concern for those having this kind of work done is to be very prepared for dust. Though they tried to contain it, it is part of the nature of jackhammering cement. Move anything moveable or tightly cover anything in the area, as it will save clean-up. The team did vacuum an clean the area. If you have basement water problems, we would definitely recommend American Waterworks!

We purchased a home with an American Waterworks Basement System with dual sump pumps in November. We scheduled an annual service visit in January in order to learn about the system and make sure everything was functioning correctly. Then, one of the sump pumps went out (at the age of 21 years) this week. For both service calls, the technicians, Darin, in January, and Mitch, in March, were professional, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and efficient. They truly went above and beyond to teach us about the system and provide us with helpful tips and pointers. We could not be happier with the service we have received from American Waterworks! 

The system that American Waterworks installed over a year ago has kept my basement from further water damage and has given me peace of mind whenever it rains. It is one of the best decisions I have made. When Travis recently came for a service check, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt confident that he completed a thorough check of my system. Very happy with the entire experience! We were referred to American Waterworks by another contractor. The office staff was excellent with scheduling our appointments and the follow-up. The Design Specialist, Reed, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly what would happen and was very accurate. Dylon was the Foreman for our concrete leveling project, and the installation crew was a fantastic group. It was a very hot, humid day, but the guys were in good spirits. The cleanup was great! 10! 

Troy and Cody did an amazing job and I'm completely satisfied with the results.  I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I chose to work with American Waterworks because the method of raising sunken concrete was more effective and durable. The service of the office staff was great. They kept me informed with email updates. The design specialist gave a thorough evalutation of the project, explained the process, and provided good information. The installation crew did a very good job! The Foreman explained what they were doing as they worked and answered my questions. The job site was left clean and finished. 

Our porch addition had settled 2 1/2 inches and we needed it jacked up to level. After searching the web, we had several companies come and look at our job. Only American Waterworks convinced us they could handle the job.  We set a date, and the crew showed up as scheduled. The crew drove their heavy equipment through our yard and did not leave a mark, they removed the 5 old footings and replaced them with helical piers. Hiring American Waterworks was the best decision we made. Hugo and his 4 man crew were friendly and had superior workmanship. Worth every penny, we would highly recommend them!

I love my dry basement!! The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the design specialist and the installation crew. The foreman shook my hand and introduced himself and the rest of the crew members. They were all very efficient and courteous, and the cleanup was great. We decided to work with American Waterworks after seeing some advertising on TV and after a poor experience with a different company. The call reps are very friendly and helpful. Kevin, the Design Specialist, took the time to explain the process and gave us a detailed quote. The installatoin crew, lead by James, was very firendly and had great work ethic. From start to finish, everything was excellent! The brochures sent in the mail, and all communication throughout the entire process. No suprises! 

We were very pleased with the work they did. Our driveway and patio were "sinking" and needed help. They look great now!

I highly recommend this company. We had high radon levels in our home and the American Waterworks team did a great job installing our mitigation system. Before the install, Michel, our sales rep, came in and explained the entire process in great detail. The install team was on-time and very professional. We just received our test results and we are at less than a 0.7 pCi/L from a 9.7! You will likely find a company willing to do this job for a little less but you get what you pay for with American Waterworks!

If only everything could go as smoothly as this project. I was very impressed from the first call to the finished project. Again, thank you. The two guys you sent to do the actual work - other companies should be so lucky...
