Putting our level of pleasure in working with American Waterworks into words is a task that is difficult. We have struggled with water in our basement for nearly 8 years since buying our home. We were told by SEVERAL people that making exterior alterations to our property would take care of the problem so that’s what we did. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars attempting DIY fixes to keep our basement dry. They would work initially but after a short period of time we would again have a basement of water. I had asked around to friends and family and they all recommended American Waterworks. I called to set up an assessment and the inspector was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules. He came out and spent extensive time with my husband and I evaluating our property and our water issues. He provided pictures, written information, and actual examples of the supplies used for their systems so we could physically see what they offer. He was incredibly thorough which is what we needed to make this investment. Since having our American Waterworks system installed we have had zero issues with water. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and quick. I very much regret the time and money spent trying to do this on our own and highly recommend American Waterworks to everyone I know!

I have been impressed with everyone for each project. After cement leveling, I felt confident proceeding with American Waterworks for radon mitigation without searching for other companies. I appreciate the quality, knowledge, and experience of everyone. Everyone was pleasant to interact with!

He was very knowledgeable and competent. He was very kind and patient and fully answered all of my numerous questions! The installation crew was Jose, Luis, and their helper. They did an EXCELLENT job! They are, by far, the hardest working men (who are fully dedicated to excellence) that I have ever met! Excellent! I would highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need. They were very educational, upfront, honest, professional, quality, etc. They did a phenomenal job. Others in the neighborhood went with another company, for less than half the price, and you can tell from the street! Ours was done, and you can't even tell. Standing on it on a sunny day, it very difficult to find the holes! It looks beautiful. And we have a 5-year guarantee of any 1/4" sink, transferrable to the next homeowner. It has been several days and both my husband and I still ooh and aah every time we step outside. Very pleased, and would go with them again in a heartbeat. I rarely am pleased with services provided. We received a discount for signing up the day of the in-home quote, as well as a discount for having the promotional sign in our yard. If you want a cheap product done poorly for cheap, go elsewhere. If you want high quality for a little more, look no further, and you will thank yourself later. It really can be quite comparable in pricing between American Waterworks and the "other guys."

The project was completed ahead of schedule with very little interruption of usual household activities. I was also impressed with the attention to detail of the finishing process and detailed clean up.

I was freaking out when our basement started leaking water. I called a couple of different places and American Waterworks were able to get me an appointment before the others. The rep that came out for the quote was super informative and lead me through all my options with ease. There was no pressure to chose the most expensive options which was not what I expected. Another plus was that they pair with a company that offered financing. I set up my appointment for the work to be done and, when the day came, they showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. They were also very careful and respectful of our home and cleaned up their mess when they were done. We only did half of our basement for now (the half that was leaking) but I will definitely be having them do the other half in the future! Thanks again American waterworks!

The process was clear and straightforward from the beginning. The crew showed up on time, did great work, kept a clean work area, and were respectful of my property. They were great about answering my questions as they were doing the work. I would highly recommend American Waterworks.

Trevor Ellingson and his crew did an excellent job with our driveway. They made sure everything was done right with challenging weather. When we had questions, Trevor made sure we understood. He kept us up-to-date on the job progress. We are very satisfied so far.

I would totally recommend this company for any foundation work. My foundation was extremely neglected. The walls were bending/the next stage would be to start to fall in. THICK black mold formed in the corners. A "beaver" system on all 4 walls to a sump with a sump pump that would run every 30-45 minutes on non-rainy days!!!!! The De-humidifier would run 24-7. Even in the winter!!!! I called around and no one offered the warranted system as American Waterworks. And they were the only ones that KNEW the soil engineering involved in why the foundation was failing! A few places offered a "Band-aid" that would have failed eventually. They put in a WAY better sump and dual pump system with battery back up. Peace of mind!!!! Their "beaver"/drainage system is flush with the basement floor so you can't see it! The plates and beams they put in straightened one wall right away. The rest will take a little bit by tightening the plates little by little. The water proof wall barriers they put in look awesome. No mold. No bad smell. The dehumidifier actually turns "OFF". Much drier!!! Looks GREAT. All this done in one week!' it's like a new basement! The workers they have are awesome and answered every question I had. I couldn't recommend American Waterworks enough. They are GREAT. Oh....did I mention the transferable guarantee? A great company that made sure I was happy with all the work they were doing! And i couldn't be more happy. WORTH THE MONEY!!!! I'd hire them in a second if I needed to!!!!
