I chose to work with American Waterworks after reading all of the positive reviews online from previous satisfied customers. Our Sales Representative, Dylan Woitas, was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. A+ for Dylan! Jose C., Steven H., Ernesto, and Luis wre all outstanding! Job well done and the cleanup was great! Additionally, Jose C. and his crew were very professional and completed the work on time. Can't praise these guys enough! 

We decided to work with American Waterworks because of their reputation and the honesty of the company. Also, I saw some work that our neighbors had done by another company. It wasn't level at all, and it accumulated water. After speaking with the design specialist from American Waterworks about our concerns, we were more than confident in their work! The office staff is excellent. It was nice that they called to remind us of our upcoming appointment. Michel was our design specialist, and he was excellent! I called the office too, just to compliment him. The work the installation crew did was better than expected. Superb job! 10++ all the way around! 

Our guys did a great job! There was no mess throughout the house, and they were able to use the egress window for the removal of the installation products. Overall, very good work from an excellent crew! I was given a timeframe for completion and the work was completed on time. 

I thought the work crew went above and beyond my expectations. Their follow-up was great as well. We are thinking of adding another egress window in the spring and we would love to the same crew again. Thank you! 

On July 29, Troy and Corey completed the concrete work we had contracted with American Waterworks. The project included raising sections of our sidewalk and driveway and sealing some cracks and spaces between concrete surfaces and the garage structure. The crew was clearly knowledgeable and skilled and interacted with us in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. The project was completed to our satisfaction. One corner of our driveway was quite low in relation to the street. In order to raise the driveway to match the street, a significant mismatch with the adjacent sidewalk would result. The crew spent considerable time measuring and leveling in order to define a plan that would achieve the best balance between adjacent surfaces. Pride in doing the job to the best of their abilities was apparent, and exactly the type of professional attitude that a homeowner can hope for. 

For the estimate, they showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at the problem before deciding that the could be leveled using their PolyLevel procedure. They gave us a very reasonable quote, which we accepted the next day and scheduled the work to be done in about two weeks. On the day of the work, the crew called to let us know when they were about 10 minutes away and showed up well within the stated window of time. The crew spent a lot of time making sure everything was as good as it could get. They were very pleasant and professional. The results are nothing short of amazing! 

Very courteous staff. Was notified before our appointment to touch base, and employee was on time. Very smooth service and they got our pump serviced and ready to go!    

I worked with Michael Radosevich a few years back on a bowed foundation wall in a new single family home we were purchasing as an investment property. He came out, provided a quick estimate on the project, and we moved forward. The walls were pinned back and we were able to proceed with the purchase, and everything has held up great. Very happy we chose American Waterworks!

We checked out other products, but what American Waterworks provides is the best! We called the provided references and sought out advice from previous customers. The office staff was great to work with and went over everything we should expect during the job. The Design Specialist came into our home and was very friendly and answered all of our concerns. Tremaine and the rest of the installation crew did a great job. They did a walk through with us before and after the project and made sure the things we had to leave in the basement were covered up to keep out dust. They didn't leave behind a mess! Thank you!

Kiko, Diego, and Fernando worked tirelessly to install the system all week in incredible heat. They are very focused on attention to detail and making sure everything was done meticulously. They made sure everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. They had everything cleaned up and nothing out of place when they were finished. I had some moisture under my carpet and I called to make an appointment to have someone come and check my tile system. The staff was very nice and got an appointment set up fairly quickly. Travis came and looked everything over. The system was functioning as it should. There were some minor issues with water seepage. Travis was very helpful and answered every single question I asked, which was quite a few. The next day, he was back and installed the Sani-Dry system. Travis was very efficient and explained everything as he did the install and answered even more questions that I had. He cleaned up with little mess he did make before he left. I would recommend American Waterworks to anyone who has water damage or is thinking of getting a system installed. Thank you, Travis!

We had water in our basement several years ago and hired American Waterworks to fix our recurring issue. It was the 2nd time we had to redo our basement due to water damage. The sales person spent a lot of time going over our options and answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and cared that we fixed the problem the right way, not just put a ban-aid on it. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the entire basement and the 10 mill poly barrier on walls. We also installed the sump pump with battery back up in case we were to lose power and for peace of mind. The staff came in, sealed the basement off and worked fast. Everything was completed in just a couple days and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. We have not had any water in our basement in over 6 years and no musty smell either. We no longer worry at all when it rains, because American Waterworks fixed our problem. Thank you!
