Ellsworth, WI, Basement Waterproofing Transformation

A homeowner in Ellsworth, WI, disliked the appearance of their unfinished basement. Hoping to complete a basement makeover, the homeowner wanted to finish the project correctly. The homeowner looked into basement waterproofing companies near Ellsworth, WI, and one of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. After looking closely at our services, the homeowner knew we were the best option for their home. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Daniel, to the home to take a closer look. After Daniel arrived, he began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Daniel discovered water was seeping near the bottom of the floor. Additionally, he noted that the sump pump was not running properly. To prevent these issues from worsening, Daniel recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Daniel's proposal. Next, Daniel passed the proposal to our Logistics team to build and approve the project. After our Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, the plans were scheduled with our Foreman, Luis, and his crew. The next month, Luis and his crew traveled to the home and began the waterproofing installation. First, Luis and his crew started by installing DryTrak near the basement perimeter. Once the DryTrak was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe, one of our elite sump pump systems. Luis and his crew completed the installation, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is delighted to assist in providing their homeowners peace of mind.
