Leaking Basement Saves with TripleSafe in Osage, WI

A homeowner in Osage, WI had an upcoming annual maintenance with our Service Technician, Sam V. This was perfect as the homeowner noticed damp spots in her basement and was concerned that excess water and moisture could lead to water damage. When Sam arrived at the home, he took a close look at the areas of concern and ran a few tests with the SuperSump+. After this, he created a proposal for the homeowner and recommended having our UltraSump, a battery backup pump that can operate during power outages, installed in the SuperSump+ that was already installed. Then, they replaced the out-of-date sump pump in the other room and installed TripleSafe with two IceGuard. Once the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
