Wet Basement Restored in Rochester, MN

Jennifer E. in Rochester, MN had water leaking into her basement. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Mike Radosevich, to her home to inspect her basement and design a solution. Mike worked closely with Jennifer to create the right waterproofing plan for her home. Jennifer liked the proposal that Mike presented to her, so she scheduled the installation.

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Jennifer has peace of mind that she chose the right solution to protect her basement for the long-term.
