Damp Basement Waterproofed in Grand Forks, ND

Cody L. of Grand Forks, ND had a damp basement and he wanted to get it waterproofed before it got any worse. He did some research on HomeAdvisor and came across our profile. He requested a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to his home to inspect his problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Cody was comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brian Colliton, and his production team began the installation be breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, humidity, rot, and mildew, and it covers any divots or big holes. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Cody said he was very satisfied with the completed project and had a great experience from start to finish!
