Basement Waterproofed in New Rockford, ND

William H. of New Rockford, ND had water leaking from his basement walls, making him worry about mold build-up and humidity problems. He called American Waterworks and requested a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to his home, inspected his basement, and came up with a solution of our WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier. William got all of his questions answered and was comfortable with William's proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent humidity and mold, and serve as an extra wall protectant. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
