Basement Waterproofing in Bagley, MN

Jodie S. of Bagley, MN had water leaking throughout her basement, causing him to worry about water moisture, mold build-up, and humidity. She got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to her home, carefully inspected her water leaks, and came up with a solution that worked for her needs and budget. Jodie felt comfortable with Richie's proposal and got all of her questions answered, so she went ahead with the project and got a date scheduled for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production crew started the installation by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain that connects to the sump pump, and collect leaking water from basement walls. Then, Ryan and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, act as an extra wall protectant, cover any holes or divots, and it gives the space a clean and neat appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, making the basement look neater than when they found it. Jodie was happy with the repairs and had a great experience with our team from the appointment to the installation!
