Wet Basement Repairs in Hillsboro, ND

Jennifer V. of Hillsboro, ND had water seepage in her basement, and she wanted to get it fixed before it got any worse. After a clear and in-depth inspection, Ian proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain and our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, both of which work hand-in-hand to prevent basement flooding. Jennifer was confident with the products, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and is our most common interior drainage system. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. This barrier is designed to prevent moisture, mold, and mildew, saves money on energy costs, and provides a neat and clean appearance to the basement. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
