Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Saint Cloud, MN

Gervase S. of Saint Cloud, MN had water leaking into his basement when it rained. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to Gervase's home, diagnosed and inspected his basement, and proposed a solution that would work for him. Gervase was confident in the proposal of our WaterGuard Below the Floor Drain, so he moved forward with the project.

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter and formed a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and prevents mud clogs. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it. Gervase said the crew was effective, well-mannered, stayed clean, and did everything they could.
