Waterproofing with Basement to Beautiful Panels

Robert reached out to American Waterworks to find a solution that would permanently fix his leaky basement and damp deteriorating walls in this historical Rochester, MN home.

Mac, one of our Design Specialists, met with Robert to provide a FREE quote. Mac listened to Robert's questions and concerns, performed a detailed inspection, and designed a solution that met all of Robert's needs. Robert was pleased with the proposal and scheduled the installation. 

The production team, led by Jose C., installed WaterGuard as well as a TripleSafe sump system, which provided 3 levels of protection against pump failure. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty. To help preserve the historical basement walls, our Basement to Beautiful product was installed which provides a vapor barrier, insulation, and metal studs in one product. We installed spray foam insulation in the rim joist to complete the project. This total system ensures a dry, comfortable, usable basement for years to come.
