Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team broke out the concrete around their existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. Our crew replaced the concrete and the homeowner was very pleased with the project from start to finish!

A homeowner in Renville, MN, noticed large water stains throughout their basement. Nervous about the long-term damages this could have, the homeowner decided to look for professional assistance. The homeowner went to a local Facebook group and asked for any referrals. Many people responded recommending us, American Waterworks. Interested in what type of services we offer, the homeowner decided to check out our website. After seeing our impressive list of waterproofing services and products, the homeowner decided to sign up for the FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Dylan arrived at the home to begin a full inspection of the basement. Following his detailed inspection, Dylan determined that the home did require further waterproofing. Dylan proposed an action plan that would eliminate any risk of flooding or further water damage. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to follow through with this plan. Once the plan received the stamp of approval, the crew prepped their materials and traveled to the home. Our Foreman, Lane, arrived at the home and began by prepping the home for waterproofing product installation. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the home. Additionally, the crew dug a feedline across the center of the basement floor. Next, the crew installed the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. After the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were happy to know their home was no longer at risk of flooding. American Waterworks is happy to make another basement dry and safe again. 

Sandi W. of Belview, MN had water leaking through the cracks of her basement walls, causing her to worry about the value of her home. She went to the Redwood Falls Home Show to find a contractor who could help her. She found American Waterworks and talked to our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, about her water problems, so he set her up with a FREE Estimate. Shane went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth and clear examination, Sandi got all her questions answered so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter and forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed 147 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, which is a plastic vapor barrier made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and protect the basement from water exposure. To complete the project, Edgar and his team covered the open WaterGuard gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Sandi's peace of mind was restored and was grateful she found us at her local home show!

Our Design Specialist, Chad, went to the homeowner's house, carefully inspected their basement, and proposed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and guides the water to the sump pump, which then gets discharged out of the home. 

Our Foreman, Raul B., and his crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, covered it with river rock to allow water flow, and applied a new layer of concrete over it to ensure the basement was neat and clean. The homeowner gave our crew a 10/10 and said they were very polite and clean!

Nancy S. in Currie, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous customer. She had been struggling with a wet basement and water-damage to her home. She wanted to find a permanent solution, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, who designed a unique solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his crew installed 84 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system, 30 feet of feed line, and our SuperSump sump pump. Then, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Nancy is pleased with the results and glad her basement is now a dry, healthy space.
