Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to stabilize the foundation wall by installing 7 Geo-Lock anchors along the wall. The wall anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the foundation wall and pull it back to its original position. Next, the crew waterproofed the basement by first removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier. The crew finished the job with installing our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to give the space a bright, clean look. Janet was pleased with the results, and glad she can now enjoy a dry basement!

CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier installed right onto the problem walls, and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. It is attached to the walls with plastic fasteners so it never falls. It also prevents any humidity from invading the walls and gives the basement and clean and bright appearance with a 25-year warranty; this also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. Next, the team worked on our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls, and prevents water clogs. Along with that, they installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home, then the battery will keep the pumps draining any excess water build-up. Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% relative humidity.
