Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Deanna H. of Chippewa Falls, WI had water leaking into her basement and she wanted to get it inspected as soon as possible. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman. Charles went to her home, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution. Deanna was comfortable with the presentation, products, and warranties, so she scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drainage system. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation panel with a white foil on the front and foil vapor barrier on the back. This wall insulation makes the basement much warmer, makes it brighter, and it can be left exposed. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Deanna was satisfied with the project, and appreciated all efforts involved!

Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is designed to prevent water from seeping through the walls and save money on energy costs. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

The discharge line was installed in the yard and they replaced the concrete in the basement. The process only took one day to complete, and Tom is glad he made the investment to protect his basement.

In the trench, our team installed 146 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls, prevent water clogs, and serve as an underground drain in connection to the sump pump. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace System is made to prevent mold and humidity, keep water from invading the basement, and direct leaking water into the WaterGuard. To complete the installation, Kiko and his crew covered all the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, leaving the basement looking much neater than when they found it. Julie and Brian were grateful we were able to help them and were amazed by the transformation!

Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which serves as an extra wall protectant, prevents mold and humidity. and gives the room a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time, and our SaniDry XP Upright Dehumidifier. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier removes up to 109 liters of water per day and dries up to 2,500 square feet in an 8-foot high basement. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. Nicole and Tyler were happy with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!
