One of our customers in Hutchinson, MN, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Wanting to schedule it before they forgot, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled it. The homeowners prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Jack. After Jack arrived, he began his inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Jack discovered the sump pump was outdated and needed to be replaced. Jack told the homeowners of his findings and suggested installing a new sump pump. Trusting Jack's judgment, the homeowner agreed, and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, the crew needed to take out the old sump pump. Once it was removed, the crew could put the TripleSafe sump pump. Then, the crew attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After the IceGuard was secured. The crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Knowing they had the best sump pump protecting their basement, the homeowner was relieved. Delgene B. of Hutchinson, MN had water seeping in through his basement walls, causing him to worry about the safety and health of his basement and home. He found American Waterworks on HomeAdvisor and Angi's List and he liked what he saw, so he scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to Delgene's home, inspected his basement and water leaks, and proposed our Foamax Wall Panels and WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain for the repairs. Delgene was confident in our products and got all of his questions answered, so he followed through with the project, and got an installation date scheduled.
Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain, prevents mud clogs, and catches water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that prevents water from seeping into the basement, saves money on energy costs, and gives the basement a neat and bright appearance. To finish the install, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.

While looking through all the options, the homeowner came across us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the perfect company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeonwer decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Lance, to the home to take a closer look. Luis and his crew installed the WaterGuard system along the southwest corner of the basement.
