Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump system. The WaterGuard properly drains the water that is leaking into the basement to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. While at their home, they noticed several American Waterworks signs scattered throughout their neighborhood. After seeing all these signs, the homeowners decided to do research into the company. Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew could shift their focus to replacing the current sump pump with the SuperSump Plus. To finish off the water system, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace along the entire west wall of the basement. Once the CleanSpace was put into place, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. A customer from Minnetonka, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement wasn't retaining heat the way he would have liked. He was afraid that, if left untreated, he would continue to face higher-than-average energy bills due to his inefficient space. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity problems, cover any divots or holes, and provides a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Miriam was thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish with our crew!
