Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepard for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Daniel. Daniel promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Daniel found several areas that were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Daniel recommended waterproofing the entire space. The homeowner agreed and worked to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Francisco. After Francisco and his crew arrived at the home, they began by installing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. After the WaterGuard was secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. Our Foreman, Dan Hendrix, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete underneath the stair landing to form a small trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System which acts as an underground drain. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, designed to prevent mold and humidity build-up. To complete the work, Dan and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Next, they secured the SuperSump+ into place and tied it to the WaterGuard system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
