Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

She met with one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, who assured her that we could permanently waterproof her basement with our WaterGuard and TripleSafe waterproofing system. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing our WaterGuard drainage system and recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Water is now guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump, and from there is expelled from the home. Next, they removed debris from the crawl space and laid the drainage matting. Then, they completed the project by encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the space from moisture, mold, and pests. Donna was happy with the results, and glad she can enjoy a dry, clean basement and crawl space!
