Next, our team installed our SmartDrain Drain System, which is a crawl space drain that includes a bottomless liner and an airtight lid. If a plumbing failure occurs, our SmartDrain will drain the water beneath the vapor barrier, preventing it from collecting in the crawl space. Lastly, our team applied spray foam around the floor cracks, which provides a dry and warm crawl space, while also reducing energy costs. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl floor to cover the Drainage Matting. Foamax is installed on the crawl space walls to ensure the crawl space stays insulated. Finally, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump in place in the corner of the crawl space. The homeowner was amazed by the crawl space transformation.
