Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

James from Stanley, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice the walls of his shed were beginning to show signs of cracking, indicating wall failure. We set him up with our FREE estimate when he called our office. A few weeks after the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Chuck, headed out to the property to see what could be done to help fix the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he had a few recommendations. First, he wanted to use our Geo-Lock Channel Anchors and GeoLock Anchors to fix the cracking wall. He explained to James that our wall anchors are designed to be quick, with minimal disturbance to your home or landscaping. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew ended up installing 4 channel anchors as well as 13 of our GeoLock anchors around the perimeter of the shed as well as an unattached boathouse. Now James can have peace of mind knowing his shed's foundation will be stable for years to come.

It's comprised of epoxy and carbon fiber to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. While this method does not restore a bowed wall, it will halt further movement and cracks. The homeowner was happy with our recommendation, and decided to sign on the spot.
