The foundation of this home was bowing and showing significant signs of inward movement.  American Waterworks installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the bowing walls, and used the system's clamping pressure to stabilize and restore the wall.

Jolyn N. in Willmar, MN was concerned about a large crack in her foundation and water seeping into her basement. After being referred to our company, we sent our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, to her home to complete a FREE estimate. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew started installing our waterproofing system by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier system along the walls. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that water will be properly discharged from her basement and that it will remain a dry and functional space. 

Then, our crew installed 16 Geo-Lock wall anchors along the damaged foundation by drilling small holes through the block into the soil surrounding the home. They dug small holes in the yard that lined up with the anchor rods, and they secured them from the outside and inside of the home with anchor plates. They tightened them as far as they would go to stabilize the walls and to halt any further movement. The installation took two days to complete, and Jolyn’s peace of mind has been restored knowing that her foundation is permanently secure!
