Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Iowa-based Design Specialists, Ryan, to the home to take a closer look. Ryan arrived at the home and began the thorough investigation of the foundation. Once he wrapped up his inspection, Ryan determined the floors were not properly stabilized. Ryan provided the homeowner with a proposal that would solve their stabilization issue. After hearing Ryan's recommendations, the homeowner knew it was their best option. Next, Ryan passed the plans to our Logistics team to approve their plans. Once they were given the final stamp of approval, it was assigned to our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew. As soon as they received the proposal, Jesus and his crew traveled to the home and began the SmartJack installation. Jesus and his crew installed eight SmartJacks. Additionally, the crew installed a supplemental beam to ensure the floor is secured. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
