Water is now properly guided through the drainage system, into the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Mary C. just moved into a new home in South Saint Paul, MN. After a couple of days, she noticed water seeping into her basement through a crack in the foundation. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, give the basement a neat and clean appearance, and saves money on energy costs. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, ensuring the basement looked neater than when they found it.

After the old sump pump was removed, the crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump as a replacement. Additionally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line.
