Then, they completed a half-wall demo to address the damage properly. Next, they implemented our FlexiSpan® Foundation Crack Repair System to repair the leaking wall cracks. It's a patented, warrantied repair and a permanent solution.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed 64 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is one of the most efficient waterproofing repair products. It acts as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls and prevents water clogs. To complete the project, Edgar and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
