Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to his home for a FREE Estimate to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Jim was comfortable with the proposal, so he set up an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Dan Hendrix, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete underneath the stair landing to form a small trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System which acts as an underground drain. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, designed to prevent mold and humidity build-up. To complete the work, Dan and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Jim was very happy with the work and is grateful we were able to help him and his home repair needs!

After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew installed the SuperSump in the closet. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After all the waterproofing products were installed, the crew cleaned up the materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly waterproofed. Diego and his crew started the project by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew dug channels and put the WaterGuard into place. Next, they secured the SuperSump+ into place and tied it to the WaterGuard system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
