A homeowner in Lake Elmo, MN, noticed their sump pump making unusual noises. Concerned, the homeowners wanted to have a professional inspect their sump pump. The homeowners came across our page after looking through the many waterproofing companies in the area. Impressed by our variety of high-quality sump pumps, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the FREE estimate was made, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. Once he arrived, Ryan inspected the current sump pump and discovered it was time for a replacement. Ryan told the homeowners about their dying sump pump but recommended that the homeowners take a look at our different options. With the help of Ryan, the homeowners pick the sump pump best fit for their home, the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Once the plan of action was decided, it was then sent to the assigned crew to complete the job. Our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew received the plans and traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew took out the old sump. As soon as the old sump pump was removed, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump into place. The TripleSafe sump pump is our most reliable sump pump system and has three levels of protection for your basement and peace of mind. After the TripleSafe was secured into place, the crew installed a 40 inch buried discharge line outside the home. The crew completed the installation and then cleaned the job site. The homeowners were grateful to know they have the most reliable sump pump in their home. Ameircan Waterworks is glad to provide our homeowners peace of mind.
Anne in Lake Elmo, MN had water seeping through her basement walls. She contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our experts to her home to inspect her basement and design a solution. She was pleased with our proposal, so she set a date to have our waterproofing system installed.
Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system in her basement and connected it to a SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system now properly guides any water seeping in to the sump pump. From there, the pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Anne now has a dry basement and she is glad she invested in protecting her basement from water for the long term.
