During the inspection, Ian confirmed that the basement needed to be fully repaired. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew secured WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Next, the crew attached PowerBraces and CleanSpace to the foundation walls. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. The team also implemented our LawnScape Outlet, which is a pipe buried from the downspout that lets water outside onto the surface of the lawn while camouflaging the end of the pipe. This helps get water away from the exterior of the home. Lastly, the crew finished the project by filling the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area.
