Our Foreman and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, serves as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them. Ian recommended she install a Rockwell window replacement in addition to a window well duct drain to drain any seepage.
