Next, Michel passed the proposal to our Logistics team to give the final stamp of approval. Our Logistics team finalized the project, then it was scheduled for a few weeks later. When the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew began by installing the WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to removing the old sump pump and installing the SuperSump+. Next, Kiko and his crew installed CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. After the CleanSpace was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the IceGuard on the exterior discharge line. As soon as all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. Next, they filled back the gaps around the WaterGuard with rock and replaced the concrete. Then, they installed the EverLast half-wall restoration system. This wall system includes metal studs and an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32" of the drywall. This is a permanent solution for water-damaged dry wall!
