Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to the building for a FREE Estimate and carefully inspected the basement. After a thorough diagnosis, Chad proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier and our WaterGuard Drainage System. The company owner was confident in our products and their warranties, so they signed the contract, wrote out a deposit check, and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, give the basement a neat and clean appearance, and saves money on energy costs. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, ensuring the basement looked neater than when they found it.
