Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard. Not only does it serve as an underground drain, but it also collects water leaking from basement walls and prevents water or mud clogs during harsh weather conditions. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with pea gravel and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that the basement was cleaner than when they found it. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Raul and his crew shifted their focus to replacing the sump pump with the SuperSump+. After the SuperSump+ was secured, the crew began the CleanSpace installation. Following the CleanSpace installation, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted to know their basement was secure from future water intrusion. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the repairs, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Phillip was extremely happy and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
