After the Rockwell Egress Window Well was secured, the crew shifted to installing a line of WaterGuard. Finally, the crew wrapped up by attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. Tom from Crosby, ND had begun to notice a large amount of water finding its way into the basement of his lakeside home. He was tired of constant water intrusion and was afraid that, if left untreated, he would run the risk of doing more costly damage to the space. He did some research and found our company and gave us a call. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property to see what could be done to fix the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Tom have our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe Sump Pump installed to correct the issue. He explained to Tom that the WaterGuard is installed below the floor to catch any water entering the space, and then deposits it to the TripleSafe, keeping the space dry because of the capacity the TripleSump is able to withstand. Tom agreed with Kole's recommendations and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Kevin, ended up installing 128 ft of our WaterGuard, and 1 of our TripleSafe sump pumps. Once the job was completed, Tom was happy to know his basement water issues were in the past.

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Ryan P., arrived at the home to assess the basement and to address any other concerns the homeowner had. During his inspection, he noticed that the moisture levels were above normal and a lot of the water leakage was coming from between the wall and the footing. Based on this information, Ryan recommended our CleanSpace, a wall vapor barrier that prevents water from permeating the walls, WaterGuard, a below-the-floor perimeter drain system, Aprilaire Dehumidifier, and ShipShape which can monitor sump pumps and dehumidifiers. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner agreed and Ryan's design was sent to our Foreman, Kiko.
In about two months, Kiko and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 9ft of CleanSpace and WaterGuard, as well as the dehumidifier and ShipShape monitoring system. Once they were done, they ensured that everything was working properly, before cleaning up their equipment and leaving the home.
