A Stillwater, MN, homeowner was in the process of prepping his fixer-upper home for sale. The Val Croix Home Owner’s Association in Stillwater, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by a previous satisfied customer. The condominium had water seeping into the underground garage. The association knew they needed a permanent solution, and our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, was happy to evaluate the situation and propose a solution to fit their needs.
