Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

They got in contact with American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Shane went to their home to inspect their water problems and come up with a solution. After a thorough and in-depth examination, Harvey and Georgia were comfortable with Shane's proposal, so they went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, acts as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, especially areas with large rock or deteriorations. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, Kiko and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Harvey and Georgia were thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!

It also gives the room a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete.
