Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ryan, one of our Iowa-based Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his thorough walk-through of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the homeowner's sump pump required replacement. Additionally, Ryan recommended waterproofing the entire basement. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, so Ryan passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build the project. Once the project was built, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew to begin. Gabriel and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the basement walls. The crew finished the project by installing an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Gabriel and his crew successfully installed all the products, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a kind review. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents mud and water clogs, has easily accessible service ports, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, save money on energy costs, and cover any uneven surfaces or divots. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that Susan was happy in the process.
