Darla from Saint Lucas, IA, needed a solution for her basement water issues. First, Foreman, Jeromy and his production crew started the installation by completing a full-wall demo and then breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System along the East and South walls of the basement where issues were present. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. Next, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing an Aprilaire E100. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
