A homeowner in Afton, MN was tired of her driveway being cracked and sunken. As the summer was approaching, she wanted to find a fix for the problems when the weather was nice, and they were outside on the driveway more. She went online to find a service that specialized in concrete repair and came across the American Waterworks company website. After looking through the website and seeing our past jobs done, she knew it was worth it to give us a call and schedule a FREE estimate. When we received her request, we sent over Design Specialist Mike Dexter to the home where he inspected the driveway and gave the homeowner his recommendations. The homeowner was happy to hear that something could be done and agreed to the plans. Our Foreman, Patrick Burnes, and his crew later arrived at the site to install two of our quality products. First, PolyLevel solution was used to lift and level the concrete slabs, and then NexusPro sealant, for the joints and cracks. The homeowner was thrilled with the final results and happy that she contacted us for our services.

Darla from Saint Lucas, IA, needed a solution for her basement water issues. After looking around, she went on the American Waterworks website, and we set her up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian. First, Foreman, Jeromy and his production crew started the installation by completing a full-wall demo and then breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System along the East and South walls of the basement where issues were present. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. To complete the WaterGuard project, Jeromy and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our team also worked to provide the space a more finished, insulated, and durable feel by installing our ZenWall™ Insulated Panels. The ZenWall™ panels provide insulation, waterproofing, and a finished appearance for basement walls. This patented system is ideal for homeowners interested in a more comfortable, energy-efficient basement. Are you having water problems in your basement? Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water clogs, serves as an underground drain that joins with the sump pump, and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. The homeowner was happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
A homeowner in Calmar, IA, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service team and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment. Once their appointment was scheduled, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Service Technician, Clay. Following his arrival, Clay began the detailed inspection of the installed products. During his inspection, the homeowner asked if he could inspect their crawl space. Clay took a closer look at the crawl space and found that it needed to be encapsulated. Once the inspection was complete, Clay presented his findings and proposed a solution to the homeowner. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the proposal. Next, the plans were sent to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the project was scheduled, the proposal was sent to our Forman, Arturo, and his crew. Once they arrived, Arturo and his crew began by preparing the crawl space for the installation. Once the crawl space was ready, the crew installed CleanSpace along the floors and walls. After the CleanSpace was attached, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the transformation created by the crew.
