A homeowner in Chippewa Valley, WI, knew it was time to repair their leaky basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with answers. A few days later, Raul and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, Raul and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Deanna H. of Chippewa Falls, WI had water leaking into her basement and she wanted to get it inspected as soon as possible. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman. Charles went to her home, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drainage system. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation panel with a white foil on the front and foil vapor barrier on the back. This wall insulation makes the basement much warmer, makes it brighter, and it can be left exposed. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Deanna was satisfied with the project, and appreciated all efforts involved!
