Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team were successfully able to stabilize Lori’s foundation with the installation of 10 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors around the deteriorating foundation. They began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing 100 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed the SuperSump sump pump with a battery backup and the CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to further protect the space from mold and moisture. Lastly, they installed the SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any humidity and cleaned up their work area.
