Jeremy crafted a solution with our GEOLOCK wall anchor and WaterGuard basement waterproofing systems.  Combined, these two patented solutions will prevent any further water damage and permanently stabilize and straighten the foundation walls of her Waseca, MN home. 

Connie K. of Kensett, IA had water leaking into her basement and her floor joists from above were sagging into her crawl space. Our SmartJacks can support more than 60,000 pounds and are galvanized to prevent corrosion. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier to cover the entire floor. This special barrier is made to prevent mold and humidity and transforms the crawl space into a usable storage space. Lastly, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter. Our Foamax is designed to provide comfort and energy-efficiency while making the walls look clean and bright. Connie was very happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
