Shane went to Gary's home, carefully inspected his basement, and proposed a solution that would work for him and his budget. Our Foreman, Tremaine and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and prevent mud clogs. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire basement wall perimeter, which is a vapor retarder designed to prevent mold and mildew, keep water out of the basement, and save money on energy costs.
